Tully's totalhealth Pharmacy is an Irish family owned community based Pharmacy in Castlerea, Co. Roscommon. The pharmacy, which is part of the totalhealth Pharmacy group, has been serving the health needs of the local community since 1940 when it was first opened by Vincent Tully. Vincent Tully operated the pharmacy until 1977, when it was passed onto his son John. In 2002, Nial Tully, John’s son joined him in the business as a qualified Pharmacist. In 2005, John became one of the founders of the totalhealth Pharmacy group and in 2007 was voted Community Pharmacist of the Year, nationally. In 2017, Nial was nominated for the exact same award, so they feel they must be doing something right!
In 2015, Tully's moved their business forward by partnering with the totalhealth Pharmacy brand to become Tully’s totalhealth Pharmacy. The store underwent a complete re-fit to incorporate all the elements of the new totalhealth brand and store design. This totalhealth rebrand has meant that the pharmacy in Castlerea is now part of a large national network. This is good news for a small Family business, such as Tully's. It is also good news for the customer and for the community. The development has enabled Nial & John to meet the growing healthcare needs of their customers, while retaining their core values of a personalised and confidential service based around a trusted, caring family business. Since joining in the partnership with totalhealth Pharmacy, Tully’s totalhealth Pharmacy has gone from strength to strength. Tully’s totalhealth Pharmacy has adopted the totalhealth TLC: TRUST, LOCAL & CARE.
Being part of the totalhealth Pharmacy group allows the local pharmacy to bring fantastic value, special offers and a VIP Loyalty Programme & Gift Card to their clients. Customers love being rewarded with loyalty points in Castlerea and are pleased that they can also collect points if they are visiting a totalhealth Pharmacy in another town!
Tully’s totalhealth Pharmacy prides itself in offering a host of health services and is also pleased to provide an essential after-hours emergency service for those stressful situations when good advice and reassurance are urgently needed. Nial has observed that some people, particularly young people feel more comfortable online and so has put an option in place on our website to ask any questions you may have online. This is a completely confidential free service open to everyone.
