Our Story
Tully’s totalhealth Pharmacy is a family-owned pharmacy and retail destination in Castlerea, Co. Roscommon. Serving the local community since 1940, we are proud to combine trusted pharmacy care with a strong retail offering across health, beauty, wellness and everyday essentials. As part of the totalhealth Pharmacy group, we bring our customers the benefits of a national network, including fantastic value, exclusive offers, a VIP Loyalty Programme and Gift Cards, while keeping the personalised service of a local independent pharmacy. Now led by Nial Tully, the business continues a proud family tradition built on professional advice, confidential care and strong community relationships. At Tully’s totalhealth Pharmacy, we are committed to giving customers a convenient and rewarding shopping experience, whether they are visiting for prescriptions, healthcare advice, beauty products or everyday pharmacy essentials. Our values are simple: Trust, Local and Care.
Our Services
Tully’s totalhealth Pharmacy prides itself in offering a host of health services and is also pleased to provide an essential after-hours emergency service for those stressful situations when good advice and reassurance are urgently needed. Nial has observed that some people, particularly young people, feel more comfortable online and so has put an option in place on our website to ask any questions you may have online. This is a completely confidential free service open to everyone. In 2022 Nial and his team installed a BD Rowa SMART dispensing Robot as well as formalised the beauty services that were already on offer in store by launching the totalbeauty salon. This adds to the ever expanding list of services offered within the store.
